Read straight from testnet-rpc.gullychain.xyz by your browser. Gully Chain makes a block only when there is a transaction to include, so on a quiet testnet the height can stand still for a while. That is normal.

Deployed for you
Standard contracts sit at the same addresses as on Ethereum mainnet, so existing tooling finds them. Each address links to the explorer. Parent-chain (Arbitrum Sepolia) addresses are in the docs.
